After the appointment is scheduled, you will receive a confirmation email. Thereafter, one of our style consultants will meet with you to understand your needs as well as show the quality of our fabrics, and help with selecting the style, color, and fit that is right for you. During this consultation, we will also take precise measurements as well as a pre-fit fitting (using already made samples).

Based on your selections your style consultant will go through pricing details as well as turnaround time. Clients will be expected to make a 50% deposit through a valid payment method. When your garment is ready for delivery/pick-up, you will be contacted by your style consultant. Client is advised to try on the garments for satisfaction and completeness. At this time the rest of the 50% payment is due. Please note that all sales are final on custom orders and therefore no eligible for returns or refunds, however we will work with our clients to ensure full satisfaction.
